G. Edward Griffin, author of The Creature from Jekyll Island; A Second Look at The Federal Reserve, will conduct a one-day seminar on money in a city near you: How to earn it, protect it, and make it grow in troubled times.

Will you survive the "perfect Storm" that lies ahead?

● What is money; where does it come from; who makes it?
● How are you being plundered without even knowing it?
● Why should anyone care about the price of gold or silver?
● What is the truth about bailouts and stimulus packages?
● What lies ahead for the economy, and how to protect yourself?
● Are we headed into inflation or deflation? When will it happen?
● Will the Dollar be replaced by a new regional or global currency?
● What will change in your life if the economy is nationalized?
● What must be done to restore a sound money and banking system?
● Learn which investments, if any, are attractive in troubled times.
● What you must think about to know if an investment is right for you.
● How to acquire foreclosed real estate at 20% of its previous price. *
● Turn bank losses into profits from rental income and capital gains. *

A house will be given away at this seminar!
It can be rented, sold, or donated to someone in need.
A prize of this magnitude normally would be offered only if there were tens of thousands of ticket holders. At the seminar, however, the number is limited to just those who attend. Someone from this intimate group will win a small fortune. Your odds will never be better.

WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT THE SEMINAR:

"Thank you for a most intriguing, informative seminar – from morning until evening. Mr. Griffin lays out the data in a very logical, informative sequence. He also stays abreast of current affairs so one can repeatedly attend and get more than their money's worth. I would certainly attend again ... and again. Thanks to everyone for an incredible event."
– Marie Warren

"Mr. Griffin filled the day with factual information concerning the future of our great country and the world. It was an eye opening education worth every penny spent to listen and learn. It is a seminar I would recommend to all citizens with concern, not only for their own future, but the future of their children and grandchildren!"
– Patty Bly

"Mr. Griffin's seminar on Money was enlightening to say the least. Especially useful was the knowledge of how to protect oneself in the current political and economic environment. Thank you for a great seminar."
– Don Clark

"The seminar left me feeling empowered to confront the financial challenges ahead, yet optimistic for the long term prospects for America and Liberty the world over."
– Douglas Rosenbrock

"The seminar was really packed with helpful ideas. My head is still swimming."
– Dael Chapman

"Mr. Griffin is a national treasure. This is not just a seminar on money, although you'll learn more about money in a few hours than any Harvard MBA does taking a course for a few years. The power of Mr. Griffin's course is that he connects money to life, to philosophy, to a worldview. Suddenly money is not just an abstract materialistic enigma. During his lecture you learn about yourself, about the political history of our country and most importantly about how to hold high moral ground when it comes to the essentials of life, i.e. human rights, freedom, and the US Constitution. His seminar is worth a hundred self-help books, Oprahs and Suzy Ormans combined (without diminishing them) plus you get the Captain of the boat, Mr. Griffin himself, guiding you through the pitfalls of our hijacked economy. This seminar should be taught in every university in the country and in high schools. It's a tour de force of deep knowledge, and Mr Griffin is a dynamite."
– Hamlet Sarkissian

* This seminar will include a presentation by a company that purchases foreclosed properties from banks in large lots at astoundingly low prices. Then they are rented (with an option to buy) to families on limited incomes. The renter's future locked-in purchase price is far below what it would be even if acquired directly from a bank, because buying a single home does not carry the same negotiating power as buying hundreds at a time. Families on limited incomes benefit because, generally, they can rent these homes at less than their current rent. While they are renting, the company is able to repair the credit rating of most of these families so eventually they can obtain mortgages on the homes they are renting - at prices that are REALISTIC - less than current market prices for comparable properties. That means they can afford to own homes instead of being renters forever. Investors who make this happen receive rental income during the credit-repair period and, eventually, may realize a substantial profit when the houses are sold to mortgage companies. This is expected to happen in 12 to 14 months, so the profit is considered as long-term capital gain, which carries a lower tax rate than short-term. The company takes care of all stages of the process, including finding renters, repairing their credit, negotiating on their behalf for mortgages, and collecting rent in the meantime. This is one of the most attractive investments one can find, especially in a troubled economy – actually, it exists because of the troubled economy. This segment of the program is presented by a sponsor of the seminar. It is not a component of The Crash Course on Money but is included as a service to those who have requested information on non-mainstream investments in hard assets.

DISCLOSURE AND DISCLAIMER (by G. Edward Griffin): Before accepting this company as a sponsor of our seminar, I visited its headquarters, met its key people, and studied its business plan, all of which convinced me it was worthy of consideration by those with discretionary funds to invest. However, there is no guarantee that future performance will meet expectations or match past performance. Participants should be knowledgeable of such matters in their own right or seek the advice of professional advisors. It should be noted that this program has been in operation for approximately one year; and, although there have been hundreds of homes purchased and hundreds of renters put into those homes, final conversions to bank-purchased mortgages are only now beginning to occur, so the track record for the final phase has not yet been established. It must be recognized that there are risks in any investment, and this one is not an exception. Our appraisal, however, is that, when one compares the risks with the potential profit and the apparent soundness of the program, we believe that the risk/reward ratio is attractive, particularly in a period of economic downturn when it is almost impossible to find investments with attractive yield that do not require special knowledge and substantial commitment of personal time. The Reality Zone receives an exhibitor's fee from its sponsors but we do not participate in their ownership or management. Our favorable appraisal of their programs must not be construed as an endorsement or recommendation to invest. I am not selling this company's program. I am investing in it.
